Try Pura risk-free. If a product isn't right for your skin, let us know within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund the full amount you paid — even if the jar has been opened and used.

How to claim

1. Email info@puraskincare.eu within 60 days of delivery with your order number and a short note on why the product wasn't right for you.
2. We'll confirm your refund within 2 business days. You don't need to send opened products back.
3. The refund is paid to your original payment method within 14 days of confirmation.

Conditions

• One guarantee claim per customer.
• The full amount you paid is refunded, including shipping.
• The guarantee applies to orders placed at puraskincare.eu.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)

Independently of the guarantee, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Let us know at info@puraskincare.eu and return the products within 14 days of your notice; the cost of returning them is yours. We refund all payments, including standard shipping, within 14 days of receiving your notice, and may wait until the products are back with us.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days with a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you at no cost.
