We deliver within Slovenia with GLS.
- Shipping cost: €3.50 — free on orders over €50.
- Dispatch: orders placed by 1 pm on a business day ship the same day.
- Delivery time: 1–3 business days.
- Delivery options: to your address or to a GLS parcel locker.
- Tracking: you receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
PAYMENT
We accept all common payment methods, including cash on delivery. Any cash-on-delivery fee is shown at checkout.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Let us know at info@puraskincare.eu and return the products within 14 days of your notice; the cost of returning them is yours.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days at info@puraskincare.eu with a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you at no cost.
